Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe MANGOS, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons CILANTRO, roughly chopped, normally I use more, up to you
- 2 - 3 Tablespoons LIME JUICE
- ½-1 teaspoon JALEPENO, minced
- ¼ teaspoon CARDAMOM
MIX INGREDIENTS AND CHILL. Serve with tostadas or chips.
Substitutions:
No fresh jalapeño? Add red pepper flakes.
No cardamom, no problem. Skip it.
